Residential houses are available for short and long term lease. Perfect for Lockyer Valley workers servicing the ag industry and people looking for affordable housing options. Our permanent accommodations are maintained, kept updated and are a pleasure to live in. All permanent accommodations are managed by CPT Properties.

Caravan/Camper Sites

Van & camper sites at Helidon include sullage, ammenities and parking for one vehicle. A two person limit applies to the standard rate.

Drive-through, powered and unpowered sites available. Please note there is no dump point on-site.

The park includes many shaded areas to relax in the cool air. Although the Warrego is close-by, it's far enough for traffic noise to not be intrusive.

Backpacker Accommodation Lockyer Valley

With so many seasonal workers looking for backpacker-style accommodation in the Lockyer Valley, existing hostels are frequently full. Helidon Spa Eco-village has a range of accomodation solutions for short to medium term stays. Employers that are looking to accommodate their workers are encouraged to call our site manager to negotiate requirements and terms.

Camping Sites

Motorcycle touring or travelling through the area with a tent? The park features two camping areas on the banks of the freshwater lakes.

Enjoy the shady trees nearby, the birdlife, picnic tables and all ammenities that the park has to service your needs. All camping sites are unpowered and standard rates are limited to two people.
